Delta SubSea is a global provider of integrated ROV (remotely operated vehicle) solutions to the offshore market. Primary services include IRM (inspection, repair and maintenance) work, construction, drilling support and decommissioning. CSL recapitalized the existing consulting and engineering business in 2013 and completed the buildout of the ROV fleet in 2014. In April 2018, Delta was sold to DeepOcean, a strategic buyer looking to expand its presence in the Gulf of Mexico.
